I recently stayed at Novotel and had an overall positive experience. The rooms were clean and the service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. For a family getaway, the adjacent rooms provided the perfect setup.I must commend the staff, particularly Xavier, Anais, and Nicolas Dan, for their exceptional care during a challenging situation. They went above and beyond to assist me after a robbery incident, which I greatly appreciated.In terms of amenities, the breakfast included in the room rate was a standout feature. The buffet spread was delicious and offered good value. Additionally, I found the provision of two bottles of water daily to be a nice touch.The location was a bit further out than expected, but easily accessible via public transportation.Novotel offers decent value for the price paid. Although not the epitome of luxury, the hotel provides comfortable accommodation and good service. If you're looking for a convenient stay without breaking the bank, Novotel could be a suitable choice.
